Writing Comparative Essay Topics on MacbethIn my first-year English class, a friend and I debated whether or not Macbeth was really Shakespeare's masterpiece. He maintained that Macbeth is as good a play as any and he also made the claim that Shakespeare did make major changes to the original play. On the other hand, I argued that Macbeth is much too emotionally intense for an audience to not be affected by its tragedy.
In writing essay topics about Shakespeare, we both wound up going with our own theories. Each of us wrote about Macbeth's nature, the dramatic elements, his relationships, character development, and his goals, and we each made a number of different points. With all of these topics considered, I believe that the three most important parts of Macbeth are the dual nature of King Duncan, his love interest, Lady Macbeth, and the conflict between his ambition and his conscience. These three things are what give Macbeth his story and allow him to become the tragic hero that he becomes. The dual nature of King Duncan is the heart of the play. It makes this play one of the most difficult to read because it offers a large amount of emotion in a short space of time. As the King of Scotland, Duncan is essentially a warlord and a tyrant. He places himself above everyone else's morality and virtue, and every person he is in love with is either an enemy or a servant. All of Duncan's motivations for killing Macbeth are pure and simple: he desires revenge. But the physical pain, mental torture, and constant threat of death that he places on Macbeth and his family make the killing one of the most meaningful and important in the entire play. In order to live, Macbeth must keep Macduff in chains and free himself from the regime that he has lived in for most of his life. As for Lady Macbeth, she is the ultimate perfection of a character who is evil and yet admirable. Macbeth is perfect in every way: he is beautiful, rich, and wealthy, he is courageous, he is a killer, and he has a strong hold on his emotions. Lady Macbeth only falls short of her husband's perfection because of her lack of love for him, her limited love for her son, and her lack of understanding of power and honor. And so the conflict between Duncan and Macbeth begins, which leads to a clash of two forces within Macbeth himself. He is filled with ambition and often acts with ill intent, but he is also filled with remorse and knows that his decision to murder Macduff was wrong. But because of his love for Lady Macbeth, he is compelled to get revenge, to kill the wronged king and heir. These are some of the essay topics that I wrote for my first English class, and I hope that you will use these ideas to help you when you write your own essay topics. This essay topic about Macbeth comparative essay topics can serve as a springboard for your own creativity, and I hope that you can use them to create something new and amazing.

Conclusively Writing An Essay On CausationMost causation essays look nothing like the famous essay on causation. There is more to causation than the recognition that a connection between two events can cause both to occur.
Causal factors must be spelled out, but there are other possibilities. The probability of both events occurring can be calculated and found to be 'statistically significant'. Now that the first and most important condition has been met, we can move on to writing an essay about causation. Here are some interesting causation essay topics. People have put together a great deal of knowledge about causation through extensive research and observation. Common sense, probability, and observation should all be used in creating an essay. Combining common sense with probability should be a useful tool. Sometimes we will disagree with someone's own theories. The argument can become heated, but it is important to keep calm and look for the best explanation. Use all you have learned about causation. You may not agree with someone's thoughts, but it is important to have both viewpoints taken into consideration. Be careful not to come across as judgmental words. The use of one's viewpoint to explain a theory is not the same as stating facts. A good essay will attempt to create an argument. It is critical to be willing to accept other points of view, while taking them into consideration. Without this willingness to change your perspective, you will often come across as anti-climactic. A good essay topic should avoid using surprise tactics. If an objection is raised, the essay should not make the objection appears self-evident. A good essay will try to find a middle ground. Causation essay topics should not be complex. Often, a single event can be described by more than one factor. Remember that a single event does not require a long essay, just enough to state a fact. Readers should be able to summarize the personal conclusion of the article and the author's opinion. Finally, remember that the main point of your article should be the connection between events. |
